OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour, Skills and Immigration dated November 23, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective on and after December 16, 2021, to authorize the Minister of Labour, Skills and Immigration entering into: (

a) the Canada-Nova Scotia Agreement on the Atlantic Immigration Program, in the form set out in

Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, with such minor modifications as the Minister of Labour, Skills and Immigration determines are necessary; and (

b) the Atlantic Immigration Program

Chapter of the Memorandum of Understanding Concerning Information Sharing between Canada and Nova Scotia, in the form set out in

Schedule “B”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, with such minor modifications as the Minister of Labour, Skills and Immigration determines are necessary.
