OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated February 8, 2010, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and pursuant to Subsection 59A(

a) and Subsections 59C(1)(1A) and (2) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to enter into individual cost-sharing agreements with the Halifax Regional Municipality and the Town of Kentville respecting upgrades to certain pedestrian activated flashing amber beacons, substantially in the form set forth in

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after March 30, 2010.
