OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forestry dated December 16, 2019, and pursuant clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Lands and Forestry: (

a) to amend the AC LNG Inc. project milestones as set out in the attached

Schedule “C”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) to execute an amended option agreement with AC LNG Inc. that includes the amended project milestones for the purchase of approximately 130.3 hectares (322 acres) of Crown lands located at Steep Creek, Guysborough County that are currently identified on Property Online as PID 35049600 and a portion of PID 35048917, shown outlined in bold on the attached

Schedule “A”, which forms part of this Report and Recommendation, for its proposed project to develop, construct and operate a liquified natural gas import/export facility; and (

c) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
