B.C. Reg. 102/2003, deposited March 26, 2003, pursuant to the LAND TAX DEFERMENT ACT [Sections 8 (3) and 9 (3)]. Regulation of the Minister of Provincial Revenue M198/2003, dated March 3, 2003.

I, Bill Barisoff, Minister of Provincial Revenue, make the following regulation.

INTEREST RATE REGULATION

For the purposes of sections 8 and 9 of the Land Tax Deferment Act , the interest rate for the six-month period beginning April 1, 2003, shall be 2.50 percent per annum. — B. BARISOFF, Minister of Provincial Revenue.
