OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated April 8, 2008, pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 10 of the Acts of 2007, the Justice Administration Amendment
(2007) Act, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 6 to 9 of
Chapter 10 of the Acts of 2007, the Justice Administration Amendment
(2007) Act, which amends
Chapter 97 of the Acts of 1986,
An Act to Establish the Shubenacadie Canal Commission, do come into force on and not before April 29, 2008.
