OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated May 13, 1999, pursuant to

Section 80 of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to: (

a) extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public land containing 1632 square feet, more or less, situate at or near St. Albion Street, Amherst, Cumberland County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the said land to The Town of Amherst, Cumberland County, for the price of $151.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
