Order in Council 1103/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1938/2019, dated December 12, 2019, Dr David Williams was reappointed as a part time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council ( DIOC );

And

whereas Dr David Williams has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a part time member of the DIOC effective June 17, 2021;

Therefore , pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1938/2019, dated December 12, 2019, reappointing Dr David Williams as a part time member of the DIOC is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
