Order in Council 1590/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to subsection 4.0.2(1) of the Liquor Control Act , the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (the “ LCBO ”) may, subject to the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, establish job categories, salary ranges and conditions of employment for its employees;

And

Whereas the LCBO seeks the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council to revise the salary ranges and conditions of employment for employees represented by the Ontario Public Service Employees Union, Liquor Board Employees Division (the “Union”);

Pursuant to subsection 4.0.2(1) of the Liquor Control Act , the revised salary ranges and conditions of employment for employees represented by the Union set out in the attached Memorandum of Agreement executed June 26, 2017, which amends the April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2017 Collective Agreement between the LCBO and the Union that was filed with the Minister of Labour pursuant to

section 90 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 , are approved effective April 1, 2017.
