OIC Text: The Governor in Council is pleased to make the following appointments: To be Acting Premier, Acting President of the Executive Council and Acting Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs from 6:20 a.m., Sunday, May 13, 2001 until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 16, 2001: The Honourable Ronald S.

Russell; To be reappointed as a Commissioner pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act: Colleen Dawn Hartley of Shelburne, Shelburne County, for a term commencing July 1, 2001, and expiring June 30, 2006; To be appointed as Commissioners pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act: Cathy Campbell of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, for a term to expire May 31, 2006; Kimberley Darlene Colburn of Truro, Colchester County, while employed with the Chignecto Central Regional School Board; Carolyn Agnes Dawson of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia; and Vicki Theakston of Bible Hill, Colchester County, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
