Order in Council 1402/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1682/2017, dated August 17, 2017, Michael K. Abbott was appointed as a member of the Municipality of Wawa Police Services Board;

And

whereas Michael K. Abbott has, in writing, resigned his appointment;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1682/2017, dated August 17, 2017, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
