Order in Council 982/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 138/2020, dated January 31, 2020, Leslie L. Kariunas was appointed as a member of the City of Peterborough Police Services Board for a term of three years effective January 31, 2020;

And

whereas Leslie L. Kariunas has, in writing, resigned his appointment;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 138/2020, dated January 31, 2020, Leslie L. Kariunas as a member of the City of Peterborough Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
