OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated July 16, 2009, and pursuant to subsection 10(1) of
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty The Queen in the Right of the Province of Nova Scotia, of that portion of the following PID's: 40327546, 40767154, 40053423, 40053431, 40052540, 40053415 and 40316028, being 38.164 hectares, more or less, of land situate, lying and being at or near Timberlea, County of Halifax, Province of Nova Scotia, and being more particularly described in
Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on a plan marked
Schedule "B", which schedules are attached to and form part of the said Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, the said expropriation being for the public purpose of construction of the Highway 113 corridor, which will link Highway 102 to Highway 103.
