B.C. Reg. 388/2004, deposited August 12, 2004, pursuant
to the CHILD CARE SUBSIDY ACT [Section 13]. Order in Council 865/2004,
approved and ordered August 11, 2004.
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator,
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective
September 1, 2004, the Child Care Subsidy Regulation, B.C. Reg. 74/97,
is amended by repealing
section 8 (2.1).
