Order in Council 74/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1673/2017, dated August 17, 2017 David A. Bailey was reappointed as a member of the Brant County Police Services Board for a period of three years effective August 17, 2017;

and

whereas David A. Bailey has, in writing, resigned his appointment, effective November 29, 2018;

therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1673/2017, dated August 17, 2017 reappointing David A. Bailey as a member of the Brant County Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
