Order in Council 47/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1663/2013, dated the 20 th day of November 2013, Madeleine Smiley Levy was reappointed as a member of the City of Hamilton Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective November 3, 2013;

And

whereas Madeleine Smiley Levy has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the City of Hamilton Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Madeleine Smiley Levy is hereby reappointed as a member of the City of Hamilton Police Services Board for a further period of two years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
