OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated April 22, 1999, pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land containing an area of 4.47 acres, situate at Timberlea, Halifax County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation to the Halifax Regional Water Commission, a body corporate with its head office at Halifax, Halifax County, for the consideration of $11,175.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
