Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated March 23, 2004.

I, Gerald German, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy

and Mines, order that

1 B.C. Regs. 244/96, 437/97, 12/98, 40/99, 221/2000, 304/2000 are rescinded; and,

2 B.C. Regs. 139/97, 221/97, 11/98, 152/98 are amended as outlined in the attached

Schedule A.
