OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated May 1, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective May 27, 2014, authorize the Attorney General and Minister of Justice to enter into a Community Quadripartite Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, the Membertou First Nation and the Cape Breton Regional Municipality, substantially in the form set out in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
