Order in Council 1584/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

PURSUANT TO subsection 2(2) of the St. Lawrence Parks Commission Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. S.24,

James Garrah of Gananoque

be reappointed as a member of The St. Lawrence Parks Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 3 years, effective from the later of the date this Order in Council is made or October 30, 2016.
