OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated March 15, 2006, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and such other authority vested in the Minister, is pleased to: (

a) approve the Declaration of the Federated States and Regional Governments on Climate Change; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Energy to execute the Declaration of the Federated States and Regional Governments on Climate Change set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, or one to like effect.
