Loi sur les véhicules hors route Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 7.1(3) of the Off-Road Vehicle Act,

chapter O-1.5 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1985, is repealed and the following is substituted: 1

Le paragraphe 7.1(3) de la

Loi sur les véhicules hors route,

chapitre O-1.5 des Lois du Nouveau- Brunswick de 1985, est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit : 7.1(3) Subject to subsection (4), no person shall oper- ate a motor vehicle, other than a motorized snow vehicle operated in accordance with this Act, on a motorized snow vehicle managed trail in the area known as the Mount Carleton Grooming Hub, described and identified by regulation, from December to the next following April 30, inclusive, and on any other motorized snow ve- hicle managed trail from December to the next follow- ing April 15, inclusive. 7.1(3)

Sous réserve du paragraphe (4), nul ne peut conduire un véhicule à moteur, autre qu’une motoneige conduite conformément à la présente loi, sur un sentier géré de motoneiges dans la zone connue sous le nom de Centre d’entretien du mont Carleton, qui est délimitée et désignée par règlement, du er décembre au avril sui- vant, inclusivement, et sur tout autre sentier géré de mo- toneiges du er décembre au avril suivant, inclusivement. 2

Section of the Act is amended by adding after paragraph (

d) the following: 2 L’article de la Loi est modifié par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après l’alinéa d) : (d.01) describing and identifying the area known as the Mount Carleton Grooming Hub for the purposes of subsection 7.1(3); d.01) délimitant et désignant la zone connue sous le nom de Centre d’entretien du mont Carleton aux fins d’application du paragraphe 7.1(3); 3 This Act comes into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation. 3 La présente loi entre en vigueur à la date fixée par proclamation. 1
