Order in Council 1712/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 50(2) and 50(3) of the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act, 2014 , Bernard Fishbein of Toronto be reappointed as a member and redesignated as Chair of the Education Relations Commission, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond February 27, 2021, effective November 25, 2019.
