Order in Council 36/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Linda Robinson was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation, to serve at pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, pursuant to Order in Council 524/2017 dated March 8, 2017;

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council 524/2017 Linda Robinson was also designated as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation;

And

whereas it is necessary that her appointment as a member of the Board of Directors and designation as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation be revoked;

Now therefore Order in Council 524/2017 is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered.
