Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

This Act may be cited as the Avian Emblem Act

Atlantic puffin

The bird known scientifically as Fratercula

arctica

and popularly called the Atlantic puffin is the avian emblem of the province.
