OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice, dated December 4, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective December 21, 2018, approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice to entering into a funding Contribution Agreement Amendment between Nova Scotia and Canada regarding the Nova Scotia strategic plan to build law enforcement capacity to address drug impaired driving substantially in the form or to like effect as set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
