, I designate the area generally known as the Morrisville Pond Water Supply Area, WS-S-0470,

for the Town of Morrisville as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Fortune Bay - Cape La Hune abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 593,057 metres and northing 5,304,643 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 445 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 593,048 metres and northing 5,305,088 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 1,483 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 594,189 metres and northing 5,306,035 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 761 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 594,883 metres and northing 5,306,347 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 540 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 595,079 metres and northing 5,305,844 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 322 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 595,085 metres and northing 5,305,522 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 444 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 594,793 metres and northing 5,305,187 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 497 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 594,365 metres and northing 5,304,935 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 596 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 594,000 metres and northing 5,304,464 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 752 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 593,353 metres and northing 5,304,081 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 646 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 591,979 metres and northing 5,302,997 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 329 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 591,672 metres and northing 5,303,116 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 1,008 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 591,904 metres and northing 5,304,097 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 523 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 591,382 metres and northing 5,304,120 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 602 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 591,747 metres and northing 5,304,599 metres;

The Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Morrisville Ponds,
