OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated May 7, 2019, and pursuant to

Section 672.38 of

Chapter C-46 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, the Criminal Code , is pleased to: (

a) re-appoint Dr. Robert Pottle, of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Nova Scotia Criminal Code Review Board for a term of three years, commencing May 28, 2019; (

b) determine that Dr. Robert Pottle shall be paid such actual and reasonable travel and other expenses as may be incurred in the performance of their duties, payable in accordance with the travel policies and guidelines of the Province of Nova Scotia applicable to civil servants; (

c) appoint Dr. Jonathan Wan, of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) and Dr. Patricia Pearce, of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as members of the Nova Scotia Criminal Code Review Board for a term of three years, commencing on May 21, 2019; and (

d) determine that Dr. Jonathan Wan and Dr. Patricia Pearce shall be paid such actual and reasonable travel and other expenses as may be incurred in the performance of their duties, payable in accordance with the travel policies and guidelines of the Province of Nova Scotia applicable to civil servants.
