On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to sections 2 and 8 of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario Act, 2016 , Joanne De Laurentiis of Toronto be reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (“Authority”) (and as such continues as a member of the Authority) and be redesignated as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Authority, part-time for a fixed term of one year effective June 28, 2024.
