An Act Respecting the Enforce- ment of Money Judgments Act,

chapter of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2013, is repealed and the following is substituted: 1 Le paragraphe 35(2) de la Loi concernant la

chapitre des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 2013, est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit : 35(2)

Section of the Act is amended 35(2) L’article de la Loi est modifié : (

a) in subsection (1) by adding “, (4.1)” after “(4)”;

a) au paragraphe (1) , par l’adjonction de « , (4.1) » après « (4) »; (

b) in subsection (2) by striking out “ (4) and (5)” and “a memorial of the judgment” and substituting “(4), (4.1) and (5)” and “the judgment or a memorial of the judgment” respectively;

b) au paragraphe (2), par la suppression de « (4) et (5) » et « un extrait du jugement » et leur remplace- ment par « (4), (4.1) et (5) » et « le jugement ou un extrait de celui-ci » respectivement; (

c) by adding after subsection (4) the following:

c) par l’adjonction après le paragraphe (4) de ce qui suit : 19(4.1) Without limiting subsection (4), if a sheriff ex- ecutes a conveyance of an interest in lands sold by the sheriff under the Enforcement of Money Judgments Act , the conveyance, if registered within six months after the day of its execution, shall, as against any subsequent pur- chaser or judgment creditor, be as valid as if registered on the day of its execution. 19(4.1) Sans limiter la généralité du paragraphe (4), lorsqu’un shérif passe un acte de transfert d’un droit sur des biens-fonds vendus par le shérif en vertu de la
