OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated June 29, 2005, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1991, the University Foundations Act, is pleased to reappoint the following persons as members of the Nova Scotia Agricultural College Foundation, each for a term of office of three years commencing July 29, 2005: Richard Huggard of Truro, Colchester County; Sherry Porter of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Stephen Healy of Kentville, Kings County. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ (Note re text of Order above: Order should state "reappoint" Richard Huggard and Sherry Porter and "appoint" Stephen Healy.)
