Order in Council 1233/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Karen R. Restoule of Dokis First Nation be appointed as part-time member and Vice Chair of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending April 4, 2022.

Further,

whereas Karen R. Restoule was reappointed as full-time member and Associate Chair of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term effective January 1, 2020 and ending April 4, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 1694/2019;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 1694/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
