Order in Council 1473/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Dustin Kenall was appointed as full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective December 10, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1653/2020;

And

whereas Dustin Kenall tendered his resignation effective September 1, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 1653/2020 be revoked effective September 1, 2021.
