OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Immigration dated January 11, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Immigration to enter into an Amending Agreement with Citizenship and Immigration Canada to extend the term of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Expansion of the Off-campus Work Permit Program for International Students until October 31, 2014, substantially in the form as set out in
Schedule "A" attached to, and forming part of, the Report and Recommendation, effective on or after February 14, 2012.
