On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Karen Wallace of Oakville be reappointed as full-time member and Vice Chair of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term effective the later of February 12, 2019, or the date this Order in Council is made and ending December 31, 2019.
