OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated October 25, 2016, and pursuant to subsection 34(2) of

Chapter 31 of the Acts of 2015, the Electricity Plan Implementation

(2015) Act , and subsection 3(7) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that subsection 52D(5) of

Chapter 380 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Public Utilities Act , as enacted by

Section 31 of

Chapter 31 of the Acts of 2015, the Electricity Plan Implementation

(2015) Act , does come into force on and not before November 15, 2016.
