Order in Council 1483/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) and sections 3 and 4 of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter O.32,

Robert Joseph Falconi, of Beeton

be appointed as Commissioner and designated as Vice-Chair of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three (3) months, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further , Orders in Council numbered O.C. 6/2020 and 1026/2021 are hereby revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
