OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated October 18, 2005, and pursuant to subsection 5(
c) of
Chapter 448 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Stora Forest Limited Agreement Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to consent to allow a proposed sawmill to use wood from licensed Crown lands as a permitted use of such fibre.
