Statute: Boxing Authority Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Boxing Authority Act dated April 24, 2018, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 43 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Boxing Authority Act , is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Ricky Anderson of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority for a term of one (1) year commencing June 5, 2018; (

b) appoint Jason Kassouf of Halifax Regional Municipality (Bedford) as a member of the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority for a term of one (1) year commencing June 5, 2018; and (

c) confirm that Ricky Anderson and Jason Kassouf shall receive remuneration in respect of their appointments at a rate of $25.00 per meeting.
