B.C. Reg. 340/2003, deposited September 16, 2003, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [Section 22]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated September 11, 2003.

I, Gerald German, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that

1. B.C. Reg. 200/79 and B.C. Reg. 59/69 are rescinded, and

2. A mineral reserve is established over the following lands in the Omineca Mining Division, Range 5, Coast Land District:

All that parcel or tract of land together with all that foreshore or land covered by water as shown outlined and shaded on the attached sketch.

3. A free miner may locate or record a mineral claim in the reserve established by

section 2 subject to the conditions listed in

section 4.

4. A free miner must not obstruct, endanger or interfere with the construction, operation or maintenance of a ski resort in the reserve established by
