OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated August 7, 2014, and pursuant to Sections 11 and 12 of
Chapter 159 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Family Court Act (the Act), is pleased to approve amendments to the Family Court Rules , N.S. Reg. 20/93, approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 93-114 dated February 2, 1993, in the manner set forth in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, the amendments to be effective on and after the date they are published in the Royal Gazette in accordance with
Section 12 of the Act.
