OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 3, 2007, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to rescind Order in Council 2000-584, dated November 17, 2000, approving the issuance of a grant or deed of Crown land for 56,000 square feet (5202.57 square metres), more or less, and a right of way over Crown land, both situate at Tatamagouche, Colchester County to James T. LeFresne.
