Order in Council 1628/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

WHEREAS by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1072/2014, dated the 8 th day of September 2014, Bruce Elwood Hann was appointed as a member of the Township of Southgate Police Services Board for a period of two years, effective from September 8, 2014;

AND

WHEREAS Bruce Elwood Hann has agreed to be reappointed as a member of the Township of Southgate Police Services Board;

THEREFORE pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Bruce Elwood Hann is hereby reappointed as a member of the Township of Southgate Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from September 8, 2016.
