OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated October 23, 2002, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Anita Marie Wilson as a Commissioner for taking affidavits, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 89-451 dated April 18, 1989; and (
b) appoint Anita Marie Wilson of Truro, Colchester County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
