B.C. Reg. 288/2004, deposited June 18, 2004, pursuant to the SAFETY STANDARDS ACT [Sections 5, 84 (1) and 89 (c)]. Order in Council 607/2004, approved and ordered June 17, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the table attached to B.C. Reg. 234/2004 is amended

(

a) in Column 1 by adding "The Corporation of the City of Surrey", and

(

b) in Column 2, opposite "The Corporation of the City of Surrey" in Column 1, by adding "The Electrical Safety Regulation".
