a) Effective June 30, 2023, the appointment of Baltej Singh Dhillon, made by OIC 665/2021, is rescinded, and Baltej Singh Dhillon is appointed as a director, representative of the public interest, and chair of the Workers' Compensation Board for a term ending June 30, 2026, as described, and (

b) effective September 21, 2023, Judy Lynn Village is reappointed as a director of the Workers' Compensation Board for a term ending June 30, 2025, as described.
