OIC Text: \x09The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 5, 2004, pursuant to

Section 19 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, and to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the said Revised Statutes, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to: \x09(a)\x09rescind Order in Council 90-525; and \x09(b)\x09 approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land containing an approximate area of 3.4 hectares, situate at Denas Pond, Inverness County, and Victoria County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to 3057289 Nova Scotia Limited, a body corporate having a registered office at Arichat, Richmond County, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $20,000.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
