Order in Council 1362/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Beverley Burns of Toronto was reappointed as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal by Order in Council O.C. 1196/2018. Ms. Burns submitted her resignation effective July 10, 2019.

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 1196/2018 is revoked effective July 10, 2019.
