OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated February 15, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to give approval to the Minister of Health to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding, a Letter of Understanding and a Financial Contribution Agreement with other participating jurisdictions respecting the review of oncology drugs.
