OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 5, 2008, and pursuant to

Section 88 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2003-381, dated August 22, 2003, by adding immediately after clause (

e) the following clause: (

f) amend paragraph (

a) of Order in Council 81-1097G, dated August 28, 1981, as amended, respecting the retirement of senior public servants by adding "Paul LaFleche" to the special class of persons listed therein.
