OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Energy and Mineral Resources Conservation Act dated February 10, 1999, pursuant to Sections 6 and 7 of

Chapter 147 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Energy and Mineral Resources Conservation Act, is pleased to: (

a) accept the resignation and revoke the appointment of Margaret L. (Peg) MacInnis as a member and Secretary of the Energy and Mineral Resources Conservation Board, effective March 3, 1999; (

b) appoint J. Marshall Burgess, Q.C., of Halifax, Solicitor, Department of Justice, as a member of the Energy and Mineral Resources Conservation Board, effective March 3, 1999; and (

c) appoint J. Marshall Burgess, Q.C., of Halifax, Solicitor, Department of Justice, to be Secretary of the Energy and Mineral Resources Conservation Board, effective March 3, 1999.
